A dainty antique Victorian era carved red coral cameo charm in a 10k gold setting which was converted from a stick pin. The cameo is a rich red and the woman has a beautiful wreath of flowers in her hair. It comes on gold-filled jump ring on a gold-filled chain that is finished with a gold-filled spring clasp and brass hexagon loop.
The charm measures 8x6mm and the chain is 18" long.
