Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING  
All items will be shipped via USPS ground advantage mail with tracking which typically takes 3-5 days. All orders over $100 will be insured. Please allow 3-4 business days processing time for your order to ship out. Please reach out if you need expedited shipping and I'll see what I can do! Jewelry will be sent in branded jewelry boxes. Any fragile items will be wrapped extra carefully and often with secondhand packing materials in an effort to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Is your item a gift? I'm happy to wrap it even prettier than normal and will happily include a handwritten note with it at no extra charge- just leave me a note at checkout to let me know you'd like this option and what you'd like your note to say.

International Shipping: Due to new customs regulations only some items are available to ship internationally but if there's something you're interested in please reach out and I'll do my best to find a way to ship it to you! International orders will generally be shipped using USPS first class international and will include a tracking number.

*Shipping is calculated based on weight and while it's usually pretty close sometimes things can be miscalculated if you're buying multiple items. Please know that if you are overcharged more than $3 for shipping I will automatically refund you the difference. 

Local Pick Up: Select this option at checkout if you would like to pick your order up at my home studio in NE Portland. Orders will typically be ready within 1-2 days but leave a note at checkout if you'd like to arrange for same day pick up.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I hope you'll love your new items! If for some reason you don't please email: shopserpentine@gmail.com within two weeks of receiving your order to let me know you'd like to make a return or exchange. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and the item(s) should be shipped back in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the item(s) have been returned and in their original condition. Exchanges will be be processed upon return of the original item.

Wholesale orders on the wax cast collection are final sale as each piece is custom made to order.
