Vintage Alpaca Silver Abalone Shell Pill Stash Box
A beautiful vintage alpaca silver oval shaped hinged stash/ pill box. The top is inlaid with iridescent abalone shell in shades of pink, purple, green and blue. It has a ball and hook closure. The bottom is marked Mexico.
It measures 1.75" long 1.25" wide and .5" tall.
Condition: A small section of the top layer of shell is missing near the back hinge. Some patina and discoloration spots on the inside.
