Handmade (non medical grade) cotton face mask in a black and white moon phase pattern. It is lined and has two layers of fabric with a central seam for structure, black elastic and a nose bridge (with a pipe cleaner) to help mold it to your face.

Your choice of prints: One has a smaller moon phase print and the other has a larger moon phase print.
