Antique Art Deco Black Glass Necklace

An antique Art Deco era pendant necklace featuring two joined gold plated accent pieces. The top portion is done in filigree with a subtle floral center. The focal drop has a gold plated scalloped border and an oval shaped black glass cabochon set with an imitation pearl. The chain is a new gold-filled replacement that is finished with a gold-filled spring clasp and a brass hexagon loop. I believe it was made sometime in the 1920's or 1930's.

The pendant measures 2" across and 3" long (both pieces together). The chain is 18" long.

Condition: The imitation pearl in the center has lost most of its pearly outer coating. There is a small chip on the back of the glass pendant near the center accent (but it is smooth).
