Antique Victorian metal oval picture frame necklace holder with celestial print

An unusual antique Victorian era metal picture frame with a vintage black and white celestial print and decorative details. It has a metal rack along the bottom which I think would be perfect for hanging necklace. It would make such a unique jewelry storage situation! It appears to be silver plated over brass.

It measures 7.5" across and 4.75" tall. The oval frame fits an image that is 3" tall and 2.25" across. The bar is 6" long.

Condition: A couple small spots where the plating has worn, revealing the brass, a small spot of rust on the back cover and a very slight bend in the bar rack.
